The Effect Of Islamic Work Ethics On Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction And Turnover Intentions of Islamic Microfinance in Pekalongan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam terhadap kepuasan kerja, keinginan turnover dan komitmen organisasi yang meliputi komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan dan komitmen normatif. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat serta statistik deskriptif untuk menunjukkan karakteristik utama dari sampel. Etika kerja Islam menggunakan instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh Ali (1992:512). Kepuasan kerja menggunakan instrumen Dubinsky dan Harley (1986: 40-41). Sedangkan komitmen organisasi menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh Bozeman dan Perrewe (2001 : 19) serta Meyer dan Allen (1990: 6-8) serta intensi turnover diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelumnya (Hom dan Griffeth, 1991:350-366). Skala poin yang digunakan yaitu dari skala 1 (sangat tidak setuju) sampai 5 (sangat setuju). Setelah itu, data-data yang terkumpul ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam memiliku pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normative, dan pengaruh negatif terhadap variable intensi turnover. Dari penelitian ini maka didapatkan penerapan Etika Kerja Islam menjadi solusi untuk kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan berkurangnya keinginan untuk berpindah kerja di LKMS Pekalongan. Selain itu juga dibahas implikasi dari penelitian ini.
