Supervisi Pengawas Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru SD pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

This study aims to reveal about supervision of supervisors toward the professionalism of elementary school teachers in learning Islamic education in Bengkulu City. The method used in discussing the results of this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the result of the research, supervisor supervision strategy that is supervision of clinical model is supervisory supervisory form which is focused on improvement of teaching, both in planning, observation and intensive and careful analysis about real learning performance, and aiming to make changes in a rational way. While the professionalism of teachers in the learning process include: Learning planning: before the teaching and learning process teachers prepare the device and the plan of learning programs because with the RPP then teaching more terpeta, structured, conceptual and achievement goals can run well. Implementation of learning: teachers have mastered and applied some methods of learning, but the condition of the classroom when the teacher delivered the subject matter is not conducive. Teachers conduct an objective evaluation, tailored to the subject matter in convey and assessments tailored to the ability of students in learning.
